MY JOURNEY

I didn’t start this journey because I had parenting all figured out—I started it because I didn’t.

Like so many parents, I found myself asking, “Am I doing this right?” I’ve felt the weight of the hard days, the quiet doubts, and the loneliness that can sneak in even when you love your kids deeply. As a mom with an extensive education in child development, I've learned that while training gives you a foundation, it doesn’t provide a roadmap for the real-life, everyday moments of parenting. And the truth is… there isn’t a handbook, 

...but there is hope.

Over time, through experience, study, and a lot of imperfect trial and error, I began discovering tools and strategies that truly made a difference—ones that strengthened connection, improved communication, and helped create more peace in our home and for families with whom I've worked. Along the way, I found myself walking alongside other parents, encouraging them, supporting them, and reminding them of something we all need to hear: 

You are not alone.

That’s why I created Embrace Coaching.

This is a space for real parents—imperfect, growing, learning parents—who want to move forward with intention. Through life coaching, I help parents gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward stronger relationships with their children. Together, we focus on practical tools, personal growth, and creating forward momentum in your parenting journey.

What I Offer

Through Embrace Coaching, I provide life coaching services designed to support parents who want to grow, set goals, and move forward with purpose. My approach is future-focused, practical, and rooted in encouragement—helping you take real steps toward the kind of parent and family life you envision.

A Note About My Role

I am a certified life coach through the Life Coach Training Institute, with a Master of Education in Counselor Education and additional counseling coursework. While this background informs my work, I do not provide therapy or counseling services. Life coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If needs arise that are outside the scope of coaching, I am happy to provide referral resources so you can find the right support.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
